The CAPISCO™ procedure is a by ERT developed method whereby polluted soils with chlorinated solvents are remediated against a fixed price. Besides ERT is coupling the payment of the remediation with the recovered results.

The CAPISCO™ procedure exists out of 2 shutters :

       1 technical shutter

For the execution of the remediations there is applied a combination of ISCO and/or bioremediation by means of CAP18™ and/or CAP18-ME™.
The most polluted source zones are remediated using ISCO(as oxidant Fenton’s, permanganate or persulphate), post-treatment of the source and plume(less polluted zone with pollution in dissolved phase) is performed by injections of CAP18™ and CAP18-ME™.

       2 economical shutter

The CAPISCO™ procedure can be applied as soon as an ISCO bench and ISCO pilot test are performed by ourselves. If these results are positive, then an offer with a fixed price will be made up inclusive remediation work, monitoring, reports,… whereby the payments of the works are coupled with the recovered analytical results. In other words the offer is always a forfait, such turn key projects, where the last slice of payment is foreseen when the site is delivered up by the government, gives the client not only the guarantee that the necessary duties are performed for a fixed price, but also that the slices are only paid when the remediation works were executed with success.

The CAPISCO™ procedure is obliging ERT to finish the remediation as soon as possible, as efficient as possible and as cheap as can be. Objectives that are parallel between our principal and ERT.

The advantages of the CAPISCO™ procedure are :

  1. The owner is not obliged to sell his property.
  2. ERT offers a turn key project with a fixed price.
  3. Between principal and ERT there is made up a conclusive contract.
